Shipping, payment and returns


Let's start with the funniest part! We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal in our shop. The currency is for the moment only shown as Swedish KR (SEK). 1 SEK ≈ 0,1 EURO / 0,1 USD / 0,09 GBP, please check with your favourite currency converter.

Cash is queen. If you would like to make business the traditional way with cash or an invoice, please mail and we’re gladly figure that out.



Good news for all you guys who want your package shipped within Sweden, cause you'll get free shipping!

For all you other fine people outside the Swedish borders the shipping will cost you 100kr (Compare SEK to your currency with a neat converter) until my business flourish. But, and this is a good but, if you shop for more than 900kr, you'll also get free shipping! 

Once your order is placed it will be shipped within 3-5 business days from Norrköping or Borlänge in Sweden. The products will be carefully packed and shipped in a cardboard tube or envelope to avoid accidental damage in the transportation. When the order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation.



The delivery times depends on where you live and if the Swedish postal delivery service (PostNord) has gone skiing. That’s usually not a problem and the post packages can be tracked from most countries – so this is what you can expect:

Orders usually arrive between 2-5 business days from shipping date.

Within EU
Orders usually arrive between 3-8 business days from shipping date.

Outside EU
Orders usually arrive between 4-15 business days from shipping date.



If the item is faulty or received in a damage condition, of course we want to sort out the issues right away!

 As soon as you discover a fault, please contact with an order description, a description of the fault and your contact information. 

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item with our fastest reindeers – shipping on us of course!



If you’re not happy with your order and would like to return it, please send it back to us within 14 days after the order has been received. If 14 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The order also needs to be unused, in the same condition that you received it and sent back in its original package. Shipping fees for returned items is not re-fundable, as long as your items aren’t received faulty or damaged.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that your returned item won’t disappear in postal space.

As soon as your returned order land on our floor, we’ll let you know. If you would like to change it to something different in our shop – just place a new order and we’ll keep our fingers crossed you will be happier this time!
